Lucien Sands 402 is in a complex that is in Manaba Beach on the South Coast. This very popular flat is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation.  Lucien Sands 402 is a luxuriously decorated apartment. This 3 bedroom, 6-sleeper apartment on the 4th floor (there is a lift) overlooking Lucien Beach has 180-degree sea-views. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. There is no air-con in this apartment.

Lucien Sands has direct access to Lucien Beach which is a blue flag beach. There are lifeguards as well as shark nets which makes it safe for swimming. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach.  Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades.

Furthermore, the South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate due to the influence of the warm Mozambique current that flows south along the coast. The temperatures are lovely and warm and the winters are mild. Sea temperatures seldom drop below 19 degrees even in mid-winter. The South Coast receives good summer rain and the vegetation is green and lush but it also enjoys about 320 days of sunshine each year. This well-maintained complex has a swimming pool and also each unit has a lock-up garage. There are spectacular  sea views as well as direct beach access. The kitchen with granite tops is well equipped for self-catering and has a washing machine. The lounge /dining room opens onto a large enclosed balcony and features a gas braai.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan). The bathroom en-suite has a corner bath as well as a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan) and leads onto a small balcony with excellent sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds (ceiling fans). The second bathroom has a shower and bath.

This flat features a smart TV and has an open view, you are more than welcome to bring your own DSTV. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit.
