Laguna La Crete is well maintained complex and has a swimming pool, tennis court, communal braai facilities as well as easy access to the beach. Each flat also has undercover parking. (Please book the tennis court in advance at the Laguna La Crete office.) Laguna La Crete has 24 hour boomed security entrances with CCTV and security patrols. PLEASE NOTE: this complex  also has its own water supply (borehole with reverse-osmosis filtration system). It is therefore not dependant on municipal water.
