La Corsica 4 - Uvongo - Sleeps 5 Guests

La Corsica 4 is in a Moroccan-styled two level duplex apartment in Uvongo on the South Coast. La Corsica 4 in Uvongo is across the road to the beach and is suitable for self catering holiday accommodation. Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on the Hibiscus Coast and is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. Three minute walk from the Uvongo main bathing beach. Paddle boats as well as canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach.

Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5 km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers and cyclists every morning and evening. Uvongo beach also has a fresh kiddies pool as well as a tidal pool nearby.

The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. There are nine 18 hole golf courses and also seven blue flag beaches in the area. You can go scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep sea fishing, mountain biking, zip lining or white water rafting. La Corsica complex boasts a sparkling swimming pool, communal braai facilities, lovely maintained gardens as well as direct access onto the beach. This standard, 2 bedroom, 5 sleeper unit is on the ground floor. Downstairs is the lounge/kitchen/dining room and upstairs are the bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen size bed.  Second bedroom has a bunk bed and also a single bed. In the bathroom there is a bath as well as a shower. There is a separate toilet. In addition there is a sleeper couch in the lounge.

There is an open view decoder, however guests are welcome to bring along their own DSTV Decoder to connect to DSTV. No smoking permitted in the unit.
