Carpe Diem 1 is situated in Lilliecrona Boulevard in Manaba on the South Coast. This spacious four-bedroom apartment is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation and is literally on the beach. Manaba is a seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. Lilliecrona Boulevard is a very popular road along the beachfront, for running as well as cycling
Carpe Diem 1 in Manaba Beach is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment with air-con is on the ground floor and has stunning sea views. The lounge and dining room (ceiling fan) is open plan and opens up onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the lovely sea views. There is also a built-in braai for you to use. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering with a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, aircon (ceiling fan) as well as a bathroom en-suite with a bath and also a shower. Furthermore, there is a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. The second bedroom has a double bed and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds (ceiling fan) with a bathroom en-suite with a shower. Not only are there lovely natural rock pools along the rocks between these two beaches there is also a large tidal swimming pool. Lucien Beach, in walking distance, is a blue flag beach. This beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets and is safe for swimming. A short walk down the beach will bring to the Margate main beach. Margate, a very popular resort town has been a major drawcard to the South for many decades.
The South Coast has nine 18 hole golf courses as well as seven blue flag beaches. Furthermore, Shelly Beach has two shopping malls with restaurants and one of them has a movie house. The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees.
