There are breathtaking sea views from this apartment with beach access. From the parking area there are stairs leading down to this apartment which is on the ground floor. Large grass area in front perfect for children to play on. Balooga is a well maintained complex with 24 hour security, swimming pool and also an allocated parking area.

Balooga 2 in Margate  has an open plan living area opening up onto a patio where there are stunning sea views for your enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and also a tumble dryer. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom ensuite with a shower and also a bath. Both the second as well as the third bedrooms have 2 single beds. Second bathroom has a bath and also a shower.

Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades. Margate is also known for its wonderful beaches and is a vibrant, colourful town with an exciting nightlife. This complex is within walking distance of Margate's CBD, with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and clubs. The main beach has an African market. Furthermore, the vendors will love to show you their range of carvings, curios, and other interesting items.

The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. Nearby Shelly Beach has two shopping malls, many restaurants, and movies. Shelly Beach also offers deep-sea fishing trips, dolphin and whale watching trips, scuba diving, and also shark cage diving.  Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair-raising swinging bridge within easy traveling distance.
