Manaba Beach on the South Coast boasts stunning beach front self catering holiday accommodation apartments. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is the blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. Manaba Beach has lifeguards and also has shark nets which makes it a safe swimming beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. The Margate main beach also has lifeguards as well as shark nets.
Lillie Crona Avenue extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo Beach. This 2.5 km stretch of road is very popular for walking, jogging and cycling, especially in the early mornings and late evenings. As well as lovely natural rock pools along the rocks between these two beaches there is also a large tidal swimming pool.
