La Mouette 1 - A Stylishly decorated 3 bedroom apartment in Manaba Beach on the idyllic South Coast that is suitable for self Catering Holiday accommodation.  The South Coast is well known for its beautiful beaches, natural forests, golf courses and lovely subtropical climate. For many it is simply their go-to-spot for a great summer holiday. This first floor apartment is part of a complex that consists of 11 units, which is well maintained and has a small communal splash pool with a braai area. The complex is mostly paved, with remote entrance and secure parking. There are stunning sea-views, spacious balcony and in walking distance to Lucien Blue Flag Beach.

La Mouette 1 comprises a modern furnished open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Air-Conditioned lounge area, with TV L and full selection of DSTV channels. Dining seating for 6 people. Living area leads through sliding door to a spacious balcony with 8 seating patio set and equipped with gas braai and weber.

The air-conditioned main bedroom has a king size bed and a ensuite bathroom with a bath. Second bedroom has a king size bed and also has air-con. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and a vanity unit. The second bathroom has a shower

Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is the blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. Manaba Beach has lifeguards and also has shark nets which makes it a safe swimming beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. The Margate main beach also has lifeguards as well as shark nets.

Lillie Crona Avenue extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo Beach. This 2.5 km stretch of road is very popular for walking, jogging and cycling, especially in the early mornings and late evenings. As well as lovely natural rock pools along the rocks between these two beaches there is also a large tidal swimming pool. Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on the Hibiscus Coast. It is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. The lagoon and beach are protected by steep cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo Beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats and canoes are for hire on the lagoon and curios are available to buy or admire at the local craft market on the beach
