This apartment features air-con in the lounge and in all the bedrooms.  Manaba Beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards and is safe for swimming.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach.  Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades.

In Shelly Beach, you will find scuba diving, shark cage diving, dolphin, and whale watching trips. The Oribi Gorge as well as the Wild Coast Casino is also less than 50km away. Furthermore, the weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. This well-maintained complex boasts a sparkling swimming pool and each unit has a lock-up garage. Lucien Sands 602 is on the 6th floor and there is a lift.  It has a fully fitted kitchen with granite tops as well as a dishwasher and also a washing machine. The lounge opens onto a large balcony where there is a gas braai with break-taking sea-views. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath as well as a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and opens up onto a small balcony with stunning sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower as well as a bath.

Furthermore, there is a permanent DSTV in this unit. Please remember to bring along your towels. No smoking is permitted in the unit.
